For candidates wishing to seek the endorsement of Long Island Activists we ask you complete this questionnaire. Please answer every question. Even if the question does not specifically pertain to the office you are running for we still want to know your personal view on the issue the question addresses.

Once the questionnaire is completed some one from our steering committee will reach out to you to verify we have received you questionnaire. We then review as soon as possible. We may also want to interview the candidate and will notify in such a case. All endorsements are voted on by the members and once a vote is held you will be notified with in 24 hours of the outcome.
