Vision Quest 2020 Registration Form
We're excited to have you join us!  To register for this program, please complete the following three steps:  
a) complete the form below and submit
b) download and complete our release form (on the page for the vision quest on the Lead Feather website)
c) pay a deposit of $200 either by credit card (PayPal or Venmo to cheryl@leadfeather.org) or by check to Lead Feather, P.O. Box 22081, Santa Fe NM 87502-2081.  

Cancellation policy: a refund less a 25% service charge will be provided if you cancel 30 days or more before the scheduled outing. No refund will be provided if cancellations are made less than 30 days before the start date or if you do not show up for the program.
