Terms and Agreement
*Silvermyst does not accept responsibility for backup any data or installed software applications that may be on my computers hard drive. Unless requested.
*when I drop off my computer, a Silvermyst agent will give me an estimate of when the repair or maintenance will be finished. If this estimate changes, the technician will notify me at the phone numbers listed or E-mail provided.
*When I pickup my computer, I will make an effort that I also pickup all peripheral devices and media, and will not hold Silvermyst responsible for the subsequent loss of any items that may left behind.
*I will pay upfront for the full price of the invoice or arrange payments. I am aware that I will not receive my item back until the payments are fully complete and closed.
*I am aware that due to space limitations, I am required to pickup my equipment promptly. Equipment left after the 60 day period will become excess and will be discarded accordingly. Equipment not pick up up the 60 days will be considered abandoned and will be discarded.
