Apply to pitch your social enterprise to a panel of impact investors and an audience of 400 supporters!
CRITERIA: applicants must have a social enterprise concept or existing venture, either for-profit, nonprofit or hybrid, that uses business tools to address a major social or environmental problem.
REQUIRED VIDEO: you are required to submit a brief (max. 2 minutes) video showing you, the applicant, pitching your idea. Think of the video portion as a live version of you pitching your idea. We know that it can be hard to convey an idea that you’re passionate about on a typed application, so this is your opportunity to insert your personality into the pitch. You can use any recording device that can capture video.
What the video is NOT
- An animated version of your pitch deck
- A high quality, produced, promotional video
- Testimonials or B-roll
Still, the video will be the most heavily weighted portion of the application, so make it count!
REQUIRED REGISTRATION: for your application to be eligible for selection, you must be registered to attend the 2016 Elevating Impact Summit. The summit takes place at Lincoln Hall on the PSU campus on February 5th, 2016.
