Terms of Agreement:
Participation in this Lacrosse Skills Clinic involves inherent risks of injury. By registering my child, I acknowledge and accept these risks, certify their good health and fitness, authorize emergency medical treatment if necessary, and release the clinic organizers and volunteers from any liability arising from my child's participation, including negligence. I have read and understood this waiver and agree to be bound by its terms. I give permission for my player's photo to be used on website/instagram.
What to bring:
-All required gear (stick, goggles, mouth guard, pads, helmet, etc.)
-water
-warm clothes
Players must bring all gear in order to play!!!!
No refunds, rain or shine we plan to play!
