Deadline: September 22, 2025 (35 days prior to the first day of exhibitor move-in)

If your company plans to use a firm who is not the official general service contractor as designated by Show Management (Freeman), please complete this form as well as email your EAC’s proof of insurance by September 22, 2025.

Email EAC proof of insurance to corp@educause.edu.  If proof of insurance is being submitted by the EAC on behalf of exhibiting company, please identify which exhibiting company you are working for.

Every EAC is required to use the same union labor pool.  EACs can hire labor directly from the local labor market, or they can hire labor from the official general service contractor (Freeman).  Non-union EAC staff may not work in the booth, they can only supervise.

CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE
Inform your Exhibitor Appointed Contractor that they must send a copy of their General Liability Insurance Certificate no later than September 22, 2025 (35 Days prior to the first day of exhibitor move-in) or they will not be permitted to service your exhibit.

NOTE: The company name on the certificate of insurance must be the same as the EAC company name submitted in this form.

It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to see that each representative of an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor abides by the official Rules and Regulations of this event.

DEADLINE: September 22, 2025. This form and proof of insurance must be received 35 DAYS PRIOR to the first day of exhibitor move-in.
