Thank you for your interest in the 1st Annual Furniture Flip Design Challenge, scheduled for April 25th at the Armature after Earth Day events.

This competition is designed to raise funds for Bend Area Habitat for Humanity and awareness of creative reuse by demonstrating the unlimited possibilities of donated ReStore items.

If chosen as a designer/ design pair, you will be challenged to redesign 3 pieces of furniture/home accessories using items found at the Bend Habitat ReStore following three design themes (one for each piece). You will receive ReStore dollars provided by a sponsor to shop the store. The pieces will be sold with all proceeds benefiting Bend Area Habitat. The challenge will test your creativity and ability to "upcycle" regular household goods into fabulous home decor.

*Pictures are required to be considered for the design competition.

Timeline
Deadline for application is 5pm March 19th, 2015.
You will receive an email on March 20th in the afternoon regarding your entry.
On March 25th at 5:30 there will be a designer meeting where you will receive your guidelines, design themes, and ReStore dollars. There will be an exclusive after hours shopping spree to start you off from 6:30--7:30pm!
