Join us for a FREE workshop series in Grand Forks, ND held by Haugen Performance Consulting!
Open to any athlete in North Dakota who will be age 18+ at the time of the workshop and finishing competitive sport OR will play/is playing at another level (e.g., college, Juniors). Workshops are led one of our sport psychologists (Dr. Erin Haugen or Dr. Kathryn Lang). Registration required.

Workshop 1: June 2, 2026, 4-6pm
Workshop 1 focuses on dealing with change, including common things that happen for people during changes. Attendees will also be taught evidence-based resilience skills that they can use in and out of sport.
Workshop 2: June 9, 2026, 4-6pm
Workshop 2 focuses on effective sleep strategies and learning more about your athlete identity and how that will change throughout your sport career, including when you are done with competitive sport.
Workshop 3: June 16, 2026, 4-6pm
Workshop 3 focuses on understanding your sport career and helping you plan for the next stage of your life (with or without competitive sport).
Specific location of the Grand Forks, ND, workshops will be announced at a later date and shared with registrants via email.

Please note that this workshop is NOT mental health treatment. If you are looking for mental health treatment, you are encouraged to contact Assessment and Therapy Associates of Grand Forks, who has several mental health professionals who are knowledgeable about working with athletes.
