This feedback Form is applicable to POST-GRADUATE students (MA, MSc and PhDs)and PU Staff.

2. Fee statements showing completed tuition fees from Finance Department
3. Your thesis/article/project in (PDF or Word format)
4. Your supervisors email address(s) where applicable
5. Intent to Submit Letter
6. Acceptance of intent to submit letter from Dean SGS
