We’re looking for passionate, driven students across Carroll County who are ready to lead, serve, and represent the voices of youth in our community. The Carroll County Youth Board of Commissioners is a student-led leadership program that works directly with local leaders, school systems, and organizations to address real issues impacting young people. As a commissioner or committee member, you’ll gain experience in government, advocacy, community service, public speaking, and leadership — all while having your voice heard. Whether you’re deeply involved on campus or just discovering your leadership style, this is your chance to shape the future of our county.
