Tropic Claws Policy
  • Please note that as I am still a beginner, I may not be able to execute certain designs. If this is the case, I will inform you.
  • Orders will only be started after payment has been received and confirmation is received by email.
  • Additional costs such as taxes and shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Unless a discount or coverage is offered by the seller. This will be seen at check out or on the invoice.
  • No refunds/returns for incorrect sizing, you are responsible for sizing your nails. If the coin method was used then contact us to see how we can resolve this. We ALWAYS RECOMMEND getting a sizing kit for 100% accuracy.
  • We work on a first come first serve basis since accepting orders are limited.
  • Due to the time and preparation placed into creating your nails, we are unable to make changes to orders once confirmed, but if you have any questions about your order please contact us. 
  • We are not responsible for packages after dropping them off. If an order says “delivered, lost, stuck in transit etc.” you would need to file a claim with the delivery company. If we can help we will.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to place orders with enough time before their event, trip, or occasion. While I will always do my best to accommodate late request, I cannot guarantee delivery for specific dates unless orders are placed well in advance.
  • We are not responsible for any allergies or reactions if we were not informed. Some orders may include extra items, such as prep kits or lotion, oils. Please review ingredients carefully to ensure they are safe for you before use.
