As a family owned business communication is number one! Uncommunicated absences are considered forfeitures. Lessons must be completed within each calendar month and the fee is the same each month. Only new students beginning in the middle of a month will be prorated. Students are on schedule the same day and time each week. Teachers are not obligated to provide make-up classes but may do their very best according to circumstances and availability. Make-ups are not guaranteed. We require at least 2 weeks notice of cancellation before the next calendar month following your agreement, or you will continue to be billed automatically. Lesson fees are non-refundable. We strongly believe that learning music is a group effort. Parents, our entire family of teachers and students are expected to work together. Communication is key!
