Case/Chief Complaint: 25-year old married female patient presenting to the ER with bleeding and abdominal pain. Her LMP was 8 weeks ago. (Early Pregnancy Bleeding)
Diagnosis: Ectopic Pregnancy
Questions Asked: Differential diagnoses, risk factors, management including unstable vs stable, guidelines for methotrexate use, etc.
Notes, expected mark, and overall impression: the doctor was very helpful, asked me multiple questions and hinted at the answers, he focus on follow-up of ectopic pregnancy after treatment, etc. I expect to get a 4/5 in this station, I missed the indications of methotrexate. Overall, the station was good.
