Please fill out this form to apply to be entered into the lottery for the Summer 2014 run of The Circuit. The Deadline to apply will be noon, June 29, 2014. Teams will be announced June 30. Circuit shows will begin July 11 and run through August 22.

***Please read the following:***
- You must have completed Level 3 by June 29.
- The Circuit is a lottery; students will be chosen randomly. You will be contacted on June 30 about status.
- Do not call or email registrar beforehand regarding application status.
- Circuit performers may miss no more than two shows or practices.
- Performers are expected to rehearse with their assigned team on a weekly basis with their assigned coach at assigned times.
- Performers are responsible for the cost of coach and space rentals.
