Northwestern University Residential Services - Mailroom Manager Application

Thank you for your interest in the Mailroom Manager position. The Mailroom Manager is a Federal Work Study position that would typically require 10 to 15 hours of work a week including some weekend hours, spacing out his or her work-study allotment to last the academic year. Working closely with the fellow students, clerks and Residential Services staff, the manager provides supervision for the mailroom clerks, ensures that the mail room is staffed, follows up with Clerks who are not meeting expectations, trouble shoots issues, and provides exceptional customer service and support for campus mail room and desk operations in the residence halls as needed. This is the hiring process for the Fall of 2013. Preference will be given to current mail room clerks and managers, however, a past position as an Clerk is not required.
