Welcome! Please fill out this form to express your interest in forming a General Body committee of Democrats at Cornell University.

Before forming a committee, please familiarize yourself with Article 11 of the Democrats at Cornell University constitution. 

Once you have read through our Constitution, please continue filling out this form.
In order to start a committee, you must have at least two members (a chair and a vice chair).

If your committee proposal is accepted by the E-Board, the committee will be in the "formation" stage. During this stage, the chair and vice chair will be responsible for seeking out at least two more members for their committee. E-Board members will be more than happy to help find these additional members. 

Once your committee has four members, you will receive final approval and can start working on projects.
