Fall Snatch Workshop at CrossFit East River
Thank you for your interest in the Snatch workshop with Joe Barbell Club!
This workshop will take place on Saturday September 28th from 2:30pm-4:30pm.
While experience is not necessary, an understanding of basic barbell movements (front squat, deadlift, press, etc) will help you to prepare for the event.
