You do not have a weight loss problem.  You have a I do not know how to deal with my life problem.  Losing weight is not going to fix that, the demands of modern life can feel overwhelming.  But what if, on top of everything you are dealing with right now, you have to deal with the constant reminder of old hurts that chip away at your self identity, self-confidence, and self-love.
I believe that happiness is a choice and with the right tools we can create a life filled with peace.   This program is for midlife women between the ages of 45-60 whose lives have been frozen due to trauma, guilt, emotional neglect, disappointments, unforgiveness, or harsh breakups.  Each week we will dive into a lesson from my  course,  A Mindful and Graceful Life.
 This is an eight week program designed to help you  unpack those emotional feelings in a safe environment and rediscover the you buried under so much pain and guilt.
I am looking not only for your participation but your insights into making it the best program available for midlife women looking to move past old pain, heal , and bring more peace, love, and joy into their lives.
