ASSG Request Change of Class Form 2024-25
Using this form helps us know what changes have been requested (or maybe already made).  Thank you for helping us keep track of enrollment so that we know where each student is at all times.

Online registrations and change request forms are electronically date and time-stamped upon receipt. They are considered in the order they are received.  

Once a student is removed from a class per parent request for change of classes, the slot for the class becomes "open" and the student is not guaranteed a place back in that class or another class in its place. Please allow the registrar time to process your request. The registrar will contact you if there are conflicts in arranging a request.
