Sessions will need to be booked on a termly basis. Your child will attend set mornings/afternoons each week for the full term. Places are allocated for a full term and and all sessions will be charged for regardless of attendance (unless your child is ill). Please give one week's notice prior to the end of the term if you no longer want your child to attend.

Payment of sessions will be paid weekly in advance. All weekly sessions must be paid by the Thursday for the following week and if payment has not been received in advance, your child will not be able to attend.  

Late or non-payment of fees will jeopardise your child’s continued attendance. You will be given one week’s notice to make payment if you are in arrears and if no payment is made, your allocation will be suspended.

Late collection of your child after 5:30pm will result in a penalty fee of £5 per child. Late collection charges will need to be paid prior to the next day of your child’s attendance at wrap around provision. Non-payment of a late charge will result in suspension of the service until payment of the late charge is received. We understand that at times parents and carers may be late due to circumstances out of their control, however three late collections after 5:30pm will result in your allocation being suspended.

When the primary carer is unable to collect the child and the alternative person to collect is not on the school's authorised persons list we will not allow your child to be collected without your permission. Persistently not following instructions, poor behaviour, physical violence or bullying will lead to any child being excluded from the club. We will be strict with this policy as every child has the right to play in a safe environment.

I hereby give consent for my child to take up a place at wrap around provision, according to the terms and conditions set out in its policies and procedures (that are available on the school website). I have understood the expectations and obligations relating to both myself and the school, and agree to abide by them.
