Hello Future Animal Care and Control Volunteer!

Please fill out the following information to sign up for the Brooklyn orientation.  There is limited space so please only sign up if you are planning to attend.  

You must be over the age of 18 to attend this orientation.  

ONLY PEOPLE THAT HAVE SIGNED UP MAY ATTEND THE ORIENTATION.

Please arrive early as it may take some time to check in and we will be starting on time.
