Dear Prime Minister Netanyahu:

With respect, we insist that the conversion done by Rabbi Haskel Lookstein - one of the most universally recognized and beloved Orthodox rabbis in America - be accepted by the State of Israel for the purpose of marriage.  The Petah Tikva rabbinate, which rejected Rabbi Lookstein’s conversion, is entitled to its opinion, but should have no stranglehold on marriages performed in Israel.
