This is the old education request form.
Augment has a new and faster system for processing education subscription requests:

- Create an account on manager.augment.com 
- Once logged into the Augment Manager, click 'Upgrade Now' and fill out the education subscription form with an email address given to you by your academic institution
All students and faculty are eligible for free education subscriptions, so let your fellow teachers and classmates know!
