A three-day celebration on November 28th, 29th, & 30th that weaves together the stories of the Asian diaspora in the Hudson Valley, where the intersectionality of identities meets and reflects upon each other.
This event is happening in tandem with Basilica Farm & Flea: Holiday Market, an event that brings thousands of people near and far to support Hudson Valley local makers, farmers, and collectors. We expect 5,000~ attendees for the entire weekend.

Criteria for Market Vendors:
- Must be selling handmade goods, original concepts, and/or showcasing something related to Asian heritage.
- Must identify as part of the AANHPI community.
- Must be available to vend for 3 days from 10AM to 5PM on November 28th, 29th, & 30th
Criteria for Food Vendors:
- Must be able to provide food for at least 200 attendees/day.
- Must identify as part of the AANHPI community.
- Must be available to vend for 3 days from 10AM to 5PM on November 28th, 29th, & 30th
Market Vendor Fee:
Prices are for all days, single day vending is not accepted
$325 for 6'x6' indoor space
$450 for 6'x10' indoor space
$325 for 10'x10' outdoor space
Sliding scale available for community-focused vendors (resource-sharing, skill-sharing, farmers, etc.).
Food Vendor Fee:
Price is for all days, single day vending is not accepted
$325 for 6'x10' indoor space
$225 for 10'x10' outdoor space
Pricing does not include tents for outdoor vendors. 4' x 6' tables available for rental.
