We are inviting all existing and future member clubs to confirm their teams participation and or expression of interest in entering teams in to the National League Mixed League structure for the 2024/25 National Mixed Leagues season.

Please use this form to indicate to British Dodgeball if you intend to re-enter our English Mixed Leagues for the season. The form should be completed by current member clubs with reference to their existing teams and any new teams they wish to enter. The form should also be used by other clubs that are new or outside the current Mixed League structure.
