Think Positive chat sign up: 27th March, 7.30-9pm
This chat session is for young people aged 16-25. It's for those experiencing feelings of depression and anxiety either on an occasional or ongoing basis.
The chat will help you to think positively and creatively about making progress. We'll help you to explore your strengths (even if you don't think you have any) and think about how you can use them. You’ll be asked some questions and encouraged to chat as a group and share positive coping techniques - everyone will get a chance to talk.
