Promoting Partnerships Follow up Survey
This survey is being provided to all who participated in the June 4th Promoting Partnerships Webinar hosted by the DHS Social Services Administration Resource Parent Engagement Workgroup. We would love your feedback regarding the information shared during the webinar, how have you utilized the information shared, and what additional resources are needed to help you feel apart of the team. If you can recall, the webinar included a birth parent (family of origin) and a resource parent (LDSS partner) as well as a resource home worker (LDSS partner) who shared their experiences of how they worked together as a team to foster a life long connection and relationship together.
