Transportation Request
Use this form to request a bus stop change for the following reasons: New Student, Change of Address, or General Request. **NOTE** All requests due to a change of address will require proof of residency to be submitted to the school office that your child is enrolled in. **General Requests will be taken into consideration. All students must have the same bus assignment Monday through Friday. Please refer to Twin Valley School District Policy 810, available at www.tvsd.org
Complete one form per student. Transportation Requests, once approved, take a minimum of 48 business hours before in effect. If you have questions you can call the Twin Valley Transportation Department: 610-286-8600 option 6 or email: transportation@tvsd.org
