The After School Program begins on Tuesday, September 5th, 2023! We are excited to offer our FREE After School Program to all Pre-K through 8th grade students currently enrolled with Advantage Academy. The Program will run from 4:10pm (directly following the school day) until 5:40pm on regular school days, and from 8:00am to 4:00pm on most Fridays. Curriculum includes academics, tutoring, homework help, enrichment activities such as crafts and fine arts projects, indoor/outdoor physical development activities, and a meal that is provided by CitySquare.
The After School Program provides a safe, wholesome, and enriched environment for registered students during the school year. Parents who need a well supervised, activity-oriented program for their children after school should give the program a try. Children will experience enjoyable and exciting afternoons during program hours each day school is in session. Fridays are reserved for family involvement, independent and accelerated learning as well as a host of non-academic fun-based activities. With guidance from a caring staff, children can learn, participate in moderate physical activities, and be creative.
The After School Program is funded through a combination of federal and
local funds and is committed to serving parents/guardians by fostering an enriching,
academic-centered experience for students. The After School Program seeks to
provide an environment conducive to positive growth, life-long learning and
whole-child development. Advantage Academy is excited for
the opportunity to serve you and your child.
