2026 St. Albans Fairs & Festivals Vendor Registration Form
General Information
St. Albans Fairs & Festivals exists to foster a safe, healthy, and vibrant community where families can thrive and future generations can flourish. We aim to accomplish this effort by supporting the St. Albans Police Department K9 Unit and by giving back to youth focused initiatives which promote education, mental health, and physical well-being.

The 2026 YakFest festival is set for June 19th & 20th when Main Street in St. Albans, WV comes alive and sets out to encourage and celebrate outdoor living and active lifestyles. The event is a great two-day fundraiser filled with fun, raffles and giveaways, live music, and food, beverage, and arts & crafts vendors!!!  

The 2026 Train Day festival will be held on September 19th and takes place on 4th Ave in St. Albans, WV as a family friendly fundraiser centered around the site of the Historic C&O Train Depot. The event aims to bring the community of all ages out to enjoy live music, train themed attractions, and food and arts & crafts vendors!!!  

The 2026 Fall Y’all Festival Chili Cook-Off takes place October 17th, as Main Street in St. Albans, WV becomes the site of her annual chili competition. The event is an exciting and competitive SA fundraiser jam packed with bragging rights and gamesmanship, chili sampling and judging, cash winnings and prize giveaways, food, beverage, and arts & crafts vendors, and live music!!!

Rules and Regulations

Branding & Acceptance: 
"St. Albans Fairs & Festivals", "YakFest", "Train Day", and “Fall Y’all” branding cannot be recreated without the expressed written consent of the StAFF Committee. StAFF reserves the right to reject any applicant for vendor space, at any of its events.

Vendor Booth Details:
You are applying to reserve space only and are responsible to bring any supplies needed.This includes but is not limited to extension cord(s), pop-up canopy, tables, chairs, etc. Vendors must accurately select size and electric needs. Declaring incorrect size or electrical needs may result in forfeiture of space with NO REFUND. “StAFF” reserves the right to deny any applicant for vendor space at any of their events. “StAFF” reserve the right to determine vendor location, which will be based on the size and space available and the type of craft, product or attraction provided. 

Main Street and 4th Ave will be closed to ANY AND ALL vendor vehicle traffic 1 hour prior to the event start time. All vendor booths must remain intact and active till the event end time. Canopies, tables, chairs, decorations, and extension cords must be self-provided. 

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE EXCLUSIVITY, but we do make effort to limit all YakFest, Train Day and Fall Y'all vendor products to not exceed two in the same category.  For assisting in this effort, please be accurate and specific with identifying your vendor craft, product, service, or attraction. Failure to comply with this policy may result in forfeiture of space with NO REFUND. 

Payment Details:
All StAFF events are RAIN OR SHINE — NO REFUNDS. All vendors and chili competitors will be vetted and invoiced (via email) upon approval. Applicants must be paid in full within 10 business days of the invoice sent date. Approved vendor booths NOT PAID IN FULL and within the details stated above MAY BE FORFEITED AND REASSIGNED.

Vendors and participants shall indemnify and hold harmless "St. Albans Fairs & Festivals", "YakFest", "Train Day", “Fall Y’all” the City of Saint Albans, and all committee members and volunteers from any and all expenses, fees, fines, penalties, suits, proceedings, actions, property loss and/or damage in any way related to the vendor’s participation with  "YakFest", "Train Day", or “Fall Y’all”  . I understand that it is my responsibility to man my booth at all times. It is my responsibility to properly secure my booth to ensure safety of vendors and event-goers. I understand "St. Albans Fairs & Festivals", "YakFest", "Train Day", “Fall Y’all” the City of Saint Albans, and all committee members and volunteers are NOT responsible for any lost and/or stolen items.

I have read and understand the "St. Albans Fairs & Festivals", "YakFest", "Train Day", and “Fall Y’all” Rules and Regulations, and I agree to abide by these rules and regulations. I understand that if I do not comply, I and the organization or entity I represent, if any, may be asked to immediately leave with no reimbursement of fees paid.
