I agree to assume all risks incidental to participation in Community Education and skate club activities (which risks may include, among other things, muscle injuries and broken bones).   I further hereby release, covenant not to sue, and forever discharge Hood River County School District of and from all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any nature arising out of or in any way connected with my participation in skate club and further agree to indemnify ‎and hold the Hood River County School District harmless from and against any and all such liabilities, claims, actions damages, costs or expenses.  I understand that this release and indemnity includes any claims based on negligence, action or inaction of any of Hood River Co. School District and covers bodily injury (including death), property damages, and loss by theft or otherwise, whether suffered by me or after such participation.

I further agree to conduct myself, or take responsibility for my child participating, in a manner appropriate for this activity and will not skate in a manner that could cause harm.   I take full responsibility for the actions of my child participating in skate club activities.  I further release the Hood River Skate Club/Westside Elementary School from any and all liabilities and realize they are just community members volunteering their time with the skate club program.
