The Mad Hatter's Festival is a uniquely themed outdoor arts and crafts market with a festival vibe.

Date: Saturday // March 28, 2020
Time: 12pm - 5pm
Location: Riverside Park // 753 Park Street // Jacksonville FL

This whimsical event is filled with fun games, activities, live music, food trucks, a DJ, special characters, and of course lots of shoppers looking to connect with you.

Unfortunately, we can not accept every vendor that applies.

We have a very limited amount of space for direct sales/mlm consultants.

You have a better chance of being selected for this event if you offer well designed, handcrafted or handmade goods...
- If you're an artist, designer, maker, or author
- If you offer a specialty such as henna, yoga, tarot readings, drumming, hair braiding, etc.
- If you offer goods or services that will help engage the attendees like interactive art or free samples
- If you offer food and/or beverages and you are willing to provide discounts to our volunteers and vendors

The Cost to participate in this event is:
October 25-November 30 $68
December 1-February 1 $99

*Vendor Applications will close February 13, 2020. We can not accept any vendors past February 15th

*No refunds will be given past December 23, 2019

SPACE: Each vendor will receive a 10x10 space. The space is completely empty. Vendors are responsible for providing their entire display: tents, tables, chairs, racks, etc. It is your responsibility to haul your belongings and to set up & break down your display. If volunteers are available, they may assist you. Please maintain a clean area at all times.

**Some sponsorship packages come with larger spaces and will include tent,tables, chairs, and other perks.**

*BOOTH PRESENTATION IS IMPORTANT. VENDORS ARE EXPECTED TO HAVE, KEEP, and MAINTAIN A CLEAN, ORGANIZED, AND PROFESSIONAL LOOKING BOOTH THROUGH OUT THE EVENT.
