Chi O Creations Exchange and Return Policy

● Exchanges or returns will be accepted on in-stock merchandise in new, unworn, unwashed and resellable condition.
● Chi O Creations will accept and process in-stock merchandise exchanges or returns at no charge (except freight, when applicable) within 30 days of purchase.
● Customers exchanging or returning merchandise will be responsible for return freight, as well as freight charges on the original order (if applicable).
● If you are exchanging an item and the exchange exceeds the value of your return, we will charge the provided card for the difference.
● If the exchange value is less, we will reimburse your provided card.
● Complete the form below and enclose it with your return.

Damaged, Defective or Mis-Shipped Orders

● Chi O Creations will handle all return arrangements for damaged, defective or mis-shipped orders.
● Just call Chi O Creations at 800.488.4696 and we will arrange pick up.
