SEIKRID Breathwork Training offers a comprehensive journey into somatic awareness, trauma-informed ceremonial practices, and the science of nervous system regulation. You'll learn to hold space with intention, create meaningful altars, and design transformative breathwork ceremonies while integrating the power of sound and sacred geometry.
This training equips you with skills in ceremonial drumming, sound healing, Reiki, bodywork, and more, empowering you to safely guide your clients through profound breakthroughs. By the end of this experience, you’ll have the confidence and tools to facilitate impactful, life-changing ceremonies.
Option 1: 12 week In-Person Training: Level 1 - 100 hour Certification
You will gain a 100 hour SEIKRID Breathwork certification over 12 weeks of both classroom learning + live hands-on experience in somatic bodywork. You will also graduate with a Reiki Level 1 Certification. You will learn how to hold space for sacred rage, grief, bliss, laughter, spiritual awakening, sensuality, epigenetic ancestral healing, trauma release as well as spiritual & ancestral awakening. You will also learn about Nueroscience and Stress Responses as well as Safety & Liability. You will receive a hard copy training manual and be added to our Facilitator WhatsApp group to start forming Breathwork tribe and community. This is a community where we can all learn from each other, ask questions, and stay connected.
Be prepared for 6 weeks of Zoom Classroom and 6 weeks of In-Person Training. If you are not local to Massachusetts, we can figure out Zoom for your in-person sessions, however you will be required to attend at least 1 immersive Ceremony at SEIKRID to complete your 100 hour training. Option 1 pricing is $5555 for the entire container - payment plans are available.
Option 2: 4 week Virtual - Intro Training
This is 4 weeks of online classroom learning accompanied by a digital PDF manual. Option 2 pricing is $2222 for the entire 4-week virtual container.
Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or just starting your journey, this immersive training is your opportunity to elevate, align, & transcend. This training offers hands-on learning in a supportive and magical space designed to inspire and empower you. You will co-facilitate live SEIKRID Breathwork Ceremonies with Jessica, and you will leave your training feeling confident to work with clients 1:1, online, and in facilitating your own in-person ceremonies.
About your Breathwork Trainer - Jessica: With over 25 years of experience, Jessica's journey in Breathwork expertise began through her martial arts practice as a 3rd degree master black belt in Tang soo do. In 2011, she studied with Wim hof and embraced the art of breath and cold exposure as part of her daily practice. This journey led her to certifications in Yoga, Meditation, Drumming, and Master Reiki, with Breathwork as a foundational pillar. In 2021, Jessica became a Certified Somatic Breathwork Facilitator under SomatIQ Breathwork™ (SBW). Since then, she has studied with many mentors and facilitated hundreds of Shamanic Breathwork ceremonies for thousands of people globally, working alongside masters such as Lukis and Hellé of Owaken Breathwork™, Blu of Earth, Matías de Stefano, Anahata Ananda, Aubrey Marcus and other spiritual leaders. Her work spans across professional organizations, retreats, corporate events, and initiation ceremonies, with a focus on magical and esoteric practices.
In 2024, Jessica founded SEIKRID Breathwork, a culmination of her life’s study and wisdom, now shared through ceremonies at SEIKRID Sanctuary and beyond. She guided her first cohort of SEIKRID Breathwork trainees this Winter and is thrilled to expand this growing community of Breathworkers.
