Preferred Time of Attendance at the Fair
Bus Coordination will not be available during the evening fair from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Students often come at this time with their parents. Schools may charter buses to bring students, but please be aware that drop off, parking, and pick up will not be coordinated by the fair committee.
For the morning session, please indicate your first, second, and third choice for the time slots below. We will accommodate these requests as much as possible, but may have to assign alternate times due to occupancy limitations at the Pasadena Convention Center. You will be notified if there will be a change.
