EGO Law Enforcement Complaint Form
This form serves as a location to voice concerns regarding Law Enforcement officers in both the Los Santos County Police and the San Andreas State Patrol. This form should not be used to inappropriately or falsely accuse Officers or Troopers of wrongdoing.

When utilizing this form, you must be truthful and provide evidence (even if it includes a thorough story) to justify your story. Complaints that do not contain evidence, are not thorough or are determined to be dishonest, will be dismissed.
