A new WVDOT website was published at the beginning of August 2026. This new update focused on addressing the concerns with the layout and design of the old website.
The intentions of this survey are to take in public feedback and criticism for the new layout and design of the West Virginia Department of Transportation website with the goal of continued improvements to the overall user experience and accessibility.
