By checking this box, the Client(s) authorize That Kat Lady to perform cat care services during the dates stated above. All visits include feeding, litter scooping, and play time. At the end of the visit, Client(s) will receive a visit summary and pictures of their pet. 
Deposit
A deposit* is due at the time of booking. Your spot in my schedule is not guaranteed until the deposit is received. Visits of 1-6 days require a 1 day deposit. Visits of 7+ days require a 50% deposit. Deposits will be applied to the cost of your stay.
*If you book through Rover, the full amount is due at the time of the booking. 
Payment and Holidays
Payments may be made via ApplePay, Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal. Payments must be received in full by the first day of the booking.

Visits that last over a holiday (New Years, President's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas) may have an additional holiday fee added.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made after 12 pm 3 days before the first visit begin will forfeit the deposit. For example, a booking that begins on a Saturday will forfeit the deposit if a cancelation is made after 12pm on the Wednesday before. Cancellations made prior to this will receive their full deposit back. 
Social Media
Pictures of your cat may be posted to That Kat Lady social media accounts (Facebook and Instagram). No identifying information about you, your home, or cat will be posted.
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
