Equine Sports Breeding (ESB) is one of the largest and most successful breeding programmes of competition horses. ESB horses can be found in every state in Australia, Asia, Europe and the USA.

Since its beginning in 1986 it has bred over three hundred horses including the sire of Olympic medal winner, Irish Jester and eight four star horses.

ESB has relocated to another property and currently has youngsters which need to be educated in preparation for competition and sale.

This presents an exciting opportunity for the right people to be part of the next chapter in ESB history whilst learning new skills and riding world class performance horses with the opportunity to compete. Selected applicants will be interviewed and must have the right to work in Australia. Successful applicants will be subject to a six week trial period.
