BAY AREA BIKE SWAP FESTIVAL
By checking off and then signing below, you accept that your bike/gear is being submitted for DONATION at the Bay Area Bike Swap Festival and you agree to the Terms and Conditions listed below.
DONATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. I understand I am DONATING my item. No drop-off fees will be charged and I will not be collecting any payment.
2. I understand that items will be inspected for quality and safety at drop-off. We reserve the right to deny accepting your item if it is not good quality, not in good condition or deemed not safe or if we are at capacity.
3. I have provided this bike/gear in a safe, rideable condition (If deemed not safe by staff, item will not be accepted.)
4. My gear is in like-new condition and any helmets are brand-new with tags still attached.
5. I understand drop off is 8:30-10:30am on 5/6/23 at Heather Farms Park (Ygnacio Lot).
6. Bay Area Bike Swap (BABS) is making a great effort to secure donated and consigned items, however BABS is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged bikes/gear.
7. I understand that by completing this form, I will be receiving email notifications from Bay Area Bike Project and Bay Area Bike Swap Festival.
