Survey re EAD Decisions for SIJS Deferred Action Recipients
The End SIJS Backlog Coalition is tracking implementation of USCIS’s deferred action policy for Special Immigrant Juvenile Status youth who are awaiting a visa. Please complete this form to report outcomes of SIJS deferred action-based work authorization requests (Form I-765, based on category (c)(14)). If you would like to share information about multiple cases, you can submit one form for each case, or you can submit a form for one case and add a comment about general trends you’re seeing (e.g. processing times) in the narrative box at the end of the survey. The Coalition plans to use non-identifying information gathered from this survey to share general trends with the field and media and as part of our advocacy efforts to end the SIJS backlog and mitigate its worst harms in the meantime.
