I understand that each team will be responsible for obtaining an amount set by the board of TYFL. In the past, this has ranged between $1,500 - $2,500, but is set annually by TYFL based on funding needs.. As the Head Coach of a TYFL team, I will be responsible for securing such sponsorship as part of the Annual Sponsorship Campaign of the TYFL. All sponsorship amounts will be submitted to the TYFL for the use in park improvements, equipment needs, and the operations of the football program. As a Head Coach of a TYFL team, I will coach and run the operations of the team in a manner consistent with the policies and procedures of the TYFL By-Laws and will exhibit proper sportsmanship and conduct in all activities associated with representing the TYFL and the City of Trussville as a coach for the TYFL. As a Head Coach, I understand I am responsible for the well being of all players on the team. I also understand that any conduct that is not in the best interest of the players, TYFL, and the City of Trussville will result in disciplinary action by the TYFL Board of Directors. I understand that a Head Coach will be reconsidered each year.As a Head Coach, I will pledge my time and efforts in coaching football to the best of my abilities and in keeping with the stipulations outlined above.By submitting this Application to become a Head Coach for the season and age division selected above, I hereby give permission to the TYFL Board to conduct any and all background investigations required to participate in the Trussville Youth Football League. *
