I understand that any refunds cannot be placed if I do not provide any information that is required for the payments before hand. (This is so I can confirm who I am refunding and how much)

I understand I may request a refund if I am unhappy with any advice I have received, only if I complete the refund form located on lumi’s linktree on TikTok or contact Lumi for the form through TikTok or email.

I acknowledge unhappy refunds will only be made within 48 hours after ADVICE is SENT. Not when payments are made.
Ex: you sent a payment of $5 on day 1, you receive your advice on day 5, but are unhappy with it, you have to submit your refund form before the end of day 7.  You will receive your refund 1-3 days after your form is submitted.
All payments, refunds, and forms will be documented. And you will receive your refund within 1-3 days after receiving. You will receive 100% of your money back.

I understand refund forms are priority placed above advice forms.
