Timber Ridge Bible Camp: Facility Rental Request Form
If you are interested in renting our camp facilities for your church group, company retreat, or for your youth outing, please answer the questions below so we know how we can best suit your needs! 
Our Rental Season is open from April 1st to May 31st and August 1st to October 31st. Availability and pricing may change based on your desired dates and total attendance. All pricing and event details will be discussed after your request is approved and a camp representative has contacted you.
  • These Facility Rental Requests will be processed in the order in which they were received. 
  • If you have any questions about our Facility Rentals, please contact us after you have submitted your Form. 
  • Please review the example copy of our Rental Policy and Contract below to ensure that your event/ plans will align with our mission to provide a family-friendly, Christ-centered atmosphere.
