To apply for assistance from The Fairy Godmothers you will need to submit an application.  Applicants will be notified when the application is received and kept up dated with progress of their request.

Application Criteria
-Applicants MUST be permanent residents of Tasmania
-Applications MUST be lodged by the parent/guardian of the child 
-The assistance requested must be for a child under 18 years of age
-The equipment/resources applied for can not be obtained under any available funding
