[ORDERING & SHOPPING]
 
 • ORDER FORM is a must. No order form, no processing of order. Please fill out the form if you are 101% confirmed about your orders.

• Please answer the form CORRECTLY, espeicially the item and quantity of your order/s. Double check all your details before submitting the form.

• NO CANCELLATIONS. No backing out after sending in your order forms. Cancellation fee is 80% of your total order. We will post the PERSONAL INFORMATION of the Bogus buyers and Joy reservers or miners on our social media platforms.

 • Please make sure you are WILLING TO WAIT for the order shipping and process. We will do our best to provide you updates from time to time.

• If you are below 18 years old, PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR PARENTS ARE AWARE AND WELL-INFORMED OF YOUR ORDER/S. We will not be accepting cancellation due to the lack of parents' consent on your purchases.

[PAYMENT]
 
 • Please be reminded of the PAYMENT CUT-OFF or DEADLINE OF PAYMENT (DOP). We will send you reminders of payment regularly. Failure to send your payment will result to a cancellation of order/s.

 • LATE PAYMENTS will incur 50 pesos per day. Failure to abide, we will not ship your order/s

 • Normal ETA usually takes within 1-2 months.

 • We will update the shipping time and ETA of your orders, please also be responsible in checking our social media accounts (Twitter) for any announcements and updates. 

• Be responsible on keeping track your order via masterlist. Our masterlist can be seen at our Twitter profile bio.

 • Be prepared with any changes or any delays depending on national holidays or any unfortunate events.

[RETURNS, REFUND & EXCHANGE]

• RETURNS OR EXCHANGE Unboxing video after receipt is highly recommended and appreciated. We ask you to make an unpacking video for our reference if there is an unfortunate accident, such as wrong or incomplete items in the order, DO NOT PAUSE THE VIDEO TO BE VALID.

• REFUNDS is only for OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS

Taesthetic Shop is NOT held responsible for any loss/damage items/delays during delivery by any shipping and courier services. We will make sure your package is properly packed.
