LHS Class of 2022 Senior Celebration
What is the Senior Celebration (Formerly the Baccalaureate Ceremony)?
The Senior Celebration ceremony is held a few days before high school graduation. Unlike the massive
commencement exercises held in stadiums or arenas, the Senior Celebration
ceremony offers a quieter, more intimate opportunity to pause and reflect
on this rite of passage, hear keynote speakers, faculty members and
student speakers offer advice to the graduating class and enjoy students'
musical talents. This event is not mandatory for Seniors though many attend.

The Seniors wear their graduation gown, but no cap, and will be celebrated by their families.
This celebration is for LHS Seniors and their families only (not open to other LHS grade levels or schools)

The ceremony will be from 7:00 - 8:00 pm May 31, 2022 at the Lynbrook Auditorium. A reception will follow immediately after the ceremony.

We are asking parents/guardians to RSVP how many family members are coming to the Senior Celebration.
