I understand that there is a participation fee to cover sheet music and compensation for the music director and musicians, due by the dates listed at the top of the form. I understand that I can request a fee waiver if I am experiencing financial hardship. There is no need to provide any explanation or proof of income.

I understand that some participants in the chorus may be sensitive to fragrances and so I will remember not to wear cologne, perfume, heavily scented products, or smoke-scented clothing on rehearsal or concert days.
A "setup team" of approximately six non-chorus member volunteers is needed to assist with setting up the performance space before the concerts, preparing and setting out reception food, and admitting audience members at the door. This is a time commitment of about 2 hours directly prior to each concert. Participation fees will be waived for singers who provide a volunteer from their friends or family.

*Please note: If you need a fee waiver, please apply for the fee waiver, whether or not you are nominating a volunteer, since assignment to the set-up team is not guaranteed, or required for receiving a fee waiver.
A "strike team" of approximately six chorus members is needed to help clean and reset the space after each concert. ("Strike" is a theatre term that refers to deconstructing a set after the closing of a show.) Duties include: moving chairs, washing dishes, carrying items up and down stairs, cleaning, etc. This is a time commitment of about 2 hours directly following the end of each post-concert reception. Participation fees for the strike team will be waived.

*Please note: If you need a fee waiver, please apply for the fee waiver, whether or not you are applying to the strike team, since assignment to the strike team is not guaranteed, or required for receiving a fee waiver.
