YouTube Space Tokyo 時代劇セット申込書 / Jidaigeki Set Reservation Form
5月15日（金）から5月25日（月）までスタジオ１に設置される華やかな時代劇セットで撮影を行いたい場合は是非ご応募ください。アレンジ次第で伝統的な空間を生み出すことも、モダンな空間にすることもでき、異なる時代設定にも対応できます。短編ドラマに限らず、コメディーやビューティー、ミュージック等、伝統的な時代劇をモチーフにした企画から現代風にアレンジした21世紀向けの企画まで、さまざまなジャンルでの撮影が可能です。

本プログラムへの参加をご希望の方で以下の申込条件を満たしている方は、下記の時代劇プログラム申請フォームよりお申し込みください。応募期間は本日から5月5日（火）までです。選考の結果、選ばれた方にのみ、2015年5月7日までにこちらからご連絡します。選考状況や選考の理由についてはお問い合わせいただいても回答できませんのでご了承ください。

応募に際して、企画も同時にご記入ください。

申込条件：
・チャンネルの登録者数が5000を超えていること
・チャンネル状態が良好なこと
・YouTubeパートナープログラムに参加していること
・YouTube Space Tokyo を利用してコンテンツを制作することに関する、Googleが指定する内容の契約に同意していること。(利用申し込みの際にグーグルから送られます。)
・日本国に居住していること

選考基準：
・参加申込書の記載内容
・企画のコンセプト及び詳細
・企画が時代劇セット（テーマ）と関連性があること

応募締め切り：2015年5月5日（火）

From May 15th (Friday) to May 25th (Monday) we are offering YouTube creators access to the historical period (jidaigeki) set. This set can be made into four different types of sets including a lord's set, an oiran set (highest ranking geisha), a commoner's set and a princess' set. We are open to various genres including comedy, fashion and music. Please apply by May 5th (Tuesday). Only creators who are selected will be contacted by May 7th.

Criteria:
・Your channel must have over 5,000 subscribers
・Your channel must be in good standing
・You must be enrolled in the YouTube partner program
・You must abide by YouTube Space Tokyo regulations (YouTube Space Facility and Content Agreements will be sent to you upon applying to use the Space.)
・You must live in Japan
