Running Club Sprinter Interest Form
While the majority of our club is comprised of recreational and competitive middle and long-distance runners, we also want to encourage those who may be interested in shorter races to participate. This form is intended to gauge interest and help us organize training for these folks.
I'm interested in competing in sprinting (400m or shorter) or jumping events in indoor and/or outdoor track meets this coming winter and spring!
I'm interested in the following events:
I would be interested in attending sprints/jumps focused practices:
Once a week
Twice a week
Three or more times a week
I would likely be able to practice on the following weeknights (check all that apply):
I would be interested in being considered for 'Sprint Team Captain' (commit to leading practices once or twice a week in the evenings)
I would find it helpful if the captains provided organized coaching guidance/resources to those interested in sprinting (track workout plans, weight room routines, etc.)
